Amazon Cognito is a new AWS service allowing developers to focus on building great app experiences without having to worry about building and managing a backend solutions to handle identity management, authorization, authentication, and federation. Amazon Cognito makes it easy to build and maintain full-fledged identity management solution in cloud in a secure, scalable manner. It also makes it trivial to manage unique end user identifiers for accessing other AWS cloud services.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering user experiences tailored to suit the identity needs of small developers to enterprises. You are expected to lead the effort right from product definition, design, development to delivery. The aim is to support scale of millions of users as well as build a platform which can suit individual customer needs.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
· 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
· Proficient in developing front-end and middle tier applications.
· Experience in one or more relevant frameworks (React, Angular, Thyme Leaf etc.)
· Experience in UI test automation frameworks.
· Able to dive into the source code of front end libraries to debug, patch, and extend them when necessary.
· Experience with using Content Delivery Network.
· Operational excellence with eye for right set of metrics
· Debug issues both server and client-side like latencies, page load, responsiveness etc.
· Development experience in data structures, algorithms, OOP.
· Deep understanding of the web stack - HTTP, HTML5, JS, CSS3, AJAX, etc
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with developers, product managers, and our customers
