We are looking for strong software development engineers who are results-oriented, data driven, innovative and passionate at creating new comprehensive customer engagement services/solutions.
You'll work on cutting edge technology such as machine learning and natural language processing and understanding to build world's most innovative customer experience solutions. You should be somebody who enjoys working on complex system software, is customer-centric, and feels strongly about building a software system that can be operated at global scale. As a developer on the team you'll collaborate with sharp engineers to drive improvements to our technology, design and develop new services and solutions, build and track metrics to ensure high quality of results. We use SCRUM, test-driven development and continuous deployment.

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline
· Minimum of 2 years' industry experience as a software development engineer
· Understanding of system and application performance characteristics.
· Actively practicing professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life-cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
