We have recently launched Prime Video Central, a new platform that enables content providers worldwide, from independent filmmakers to the largest studios to easily manage and make their content available to Amazon customers globally, including millions of Prime members. Video Central provides the foundation for Prime Video's strategy to scale content acquisition and ingestion globally. Our services support content producers from on-boarding and account management to developing and owning the partner Interface to manage content and demonstrate content performance. We are growing quickly and need your passion, innovative ideas, and creativity to help us continue to develop new services and deliver on our ambitious goals.

We have an ambitious charter and are looking for creative and deeply technical Software Engineers to help us build the next generation of platform services to enable content providers globally at scale. In this team you will be able to own end-end feature development from helping with defining feature requirements to design and implementation. You will also get your hands on lots of technologies including AWS technologies. We use AWS technologies for most of our stack, including data storage in S3, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS , Lambda etc.

If you have a passion to build large-scale, high-performance, customer-friendly products and are interested in designing multi-tier services to handle large datasets, complex domains, and problems at Amazon scale, this is the job for you.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
· Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
· 2+ years of proven experience developing in at least one of the following Java, C/C++/C#, Python.
· 2+ years of professional experience in owning software development life cycle and using service-oriented patterns.
