The Prime Auto-Targeting team empowers marketing organizations to drive customer behaviors toward business goals via content that resonates with each customer. We achieve this by developing content experimentation and optimization solutions based on machine learning and statistical analysis. Although our customers are primarily current and future Prime members, we design solutions with the flexibility and scalability to support programs across Amazon.
Our team of engineers and ML scientists seeks talented engineers who take great pride in both the technical and business contribution of their work. You will be given the chance to have a significant impact on our systems, our business and most importantly, our customers. As a member of the team, you will work closely with the business team and scientists to design and implement new features driven by machine learning models and algorithms. You will design, implement, and deliver highly available, highly scalable machine learning capabilities using a variety of core languages and technologies including Java, Python, Linux, and EMR to name a few.
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
· Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design
· Computer Science fundamentals in data structures
· Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
· Exposure to machine learning
· Knowledge of, at least, one modern programming language such as Java, C, C++, C#
