The Application Security team builds automated systems that help our developers create secure code. Our systems analyzes, interprets, transforms, and catalogs code and information about what developers create into actionable information that is used to drive the highest security standards possible.

We are looking for a Software Engineer who wants to create systems and tools to drive innovative security solutions at Amazon scale. An engineer who enjoys personal responsibility, solving challenging problems, having lots of influence on the development process, and an iterative approach to finding the right solution will thrive on our team.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
· Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl; and Object Oriented Design.
