As a Software Development Engineer, you will have broad technical ownership, and will work closely with experts in voice user interfaces and natural language understanding, as well as with stakeholders across Amazon. This role is a great fit for a leader who is passionate about the customer experience, can easily adapt to changing business and technical needs, and has a proven track record of inventing and delivering.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BS in Computer Science, or equivalent background in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design and systems architecture.
· 3+ years professional experience building and operating scalable distributed systems across the full software lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, operations, and maintenance.
· Programming experience in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, C# or C++.
· Hands-on experience across front-end user interfaces, business logic, and data tiers.
