As a software development engineer, you will be part of an inter-disciplinary team developing and integrating cutting-edge Internet-of-Things (IoT) technology and solutions into pragmatic solutions for package , and delivery. Your software will provide situation awareness to drivers and Amazon operators for adaptive, efficient and high-quality delivery. Your software will provide in-field visibility to enhance the forecast, planning, and execution of delivery for drivers and operators. You will work closely with hardware, system, and other software engineers on the team, as well as with internal design and operation teams for definition and execution. Above all, your software will be deployed in scale, and your system will help transform delivery experience and productivity for drivers, and help Amazon Delivery exceed customer expectation.
· 3+ years of production software development or equivalent experience
· 3+ years of software development or testing experience for embedded, mobile or wearable systems
· Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
