As a technical Recruiting Manager supporting the Advertising business, you will be expected to drive the recruitment strategy to meet the software development engineering hiring forecasts for North America. As a Recruiting Manager you will be responsible for building, managing, and developing a high performing recruiting team to deliver against aggressive hiring targets in a competitive market. You will partner with internal clients at the executive level and collaborate with recruiting leadership to build a candidate-centric Amazon recruiting experience.

As a Recruiting Manager in Advertising, you are responsible to aligning to our key manager tenets:

1. We prioritize hitting our net business demand and delivering against each of the key Recruiting Leadership Team metrics, aligning all org-wide project initiatives accordingly.
2. We consistently experiment in order to innovate on behalf of our customers. As managers we encourage risk taking, and breed the spirit of innovation as we strive for efficiency and automation across our processes.
3. We act as partners to the business as SME's, providing clear and consistent expectations accompanied with a high-standard of support.
4. We create an "all-in" team spirit by connecting the recruiting team to the business mission, spread positivity, and perform above bar across candidate feedback scores.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline such as Business or Human Resources, or equivalent experience
· 7+ years of recruiting experience along with 2+ years management experience
