The Amazon International Technology Team is hiring Quality Assurance Engineers to work in our Software Development Center in Sao Paulo.

The Intech team builds International extensions and new features of the Amazon.com web site for individual countries and creates systems to support Amazon operations. We have already worked in Germany, France, UK, India, China, Italy, Brazil and more.

Your work will allow you to utilize a melting pot of technologies, programming languages, and systems and require you to keep up with the ever-changing technological landscape. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience designing and implementing test automation is strongly desired
· Proficiency in English at business level, with strong communication skills
· Full understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methods
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Experience with integration, end to end and service interface testing
· Experience with quality assurance and test automation in a distributed environment
· Demonstrated history of innovation in quality assurance and automation

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Three years of experience in software quality assurance testing
· Experience with C/C++, Perl, and/or Java in UNIX environment
· A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
