Amazon has built a reputation for excellence with recent examples of being named the #1 most trusted company for customers. To deliver on this reputation for trust the Marketplace Abuse team is tasked with identifying and preventing abuse for our customers and brand owners worldwide.
Amazon's Marketplace Abuse (MPA) team has grown exponentially and is looking to hire an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical and innovative Program Managers to support a number of initiatives on the Reported Abuse team. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial by design, relentless at getting things done and is capable of breaking down and solving complex problems.

This is a global role that will include interaction with global teams and requiring a strong ability to communicate effectively with various business teams. Travel may be required. The right candidate loves solving complex problems, is passionate about stopping bad actors and protecting customers. You should also have strong analytical skills and a proven track record of being able to successfully identify a solution, prepare a plan and execute it with strong results.

Responsibilities include:
· Working with stakeholders teams to plan, organize and execute both technical and non-technical initiatives. This includes working with cross regional teams, as well as technology teams to execute and build out innovative solutions.
· Gather business requirements, develop program roadmaps, manage stakeholders, launch projects and measure success.
· Assess and mitigate risks, resolve bottlenecks, serve as an escalation point of contact, anticipate and access trade-offs and balance business needs with technical constraints.
· Develop and maintain Seller/Customer facing policies as well as operating procedures.
· Analyze complex data sets and make inferences or recommendations to solve problems.
· Develop metrics/goals and report out weekly/monthly progress.
· Gather both technical and non-technical requirements, communicate program/project plans and report out status updates to leadership and relevant stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven, successful background in a highly operational and technology-focused environment. They should also be able to display the following skills and experience:
· Bachelor's Degree
· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in program management or operations management in a similar environment.
· Proven experience in executing technology solutions in a fast-paced, high growth, operational business environment.
· Experience managing, negotiating and communicating effectively with internal/external business partners.
· Excellent technical comprehension, and both verbal and written communication skills.
· SQL background with experience writing complex queries.
· Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines.
· Ability to manage and deliver multiple and at times, conflicting priorities.
· Must be structured and outcome oriented and possess the ability to deliver results.
