DESCRIPTION

MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILAB Conduct strategic, quantitative and deep-dive data/information analytics for the development, execution, implementation and support of innovative programs, process/road maps, frameworks and objectives that expands global infrastructure operations, procurement controls, and inventory management systems involving fulfillment operations, supply chain, material and inventory management. Responsible for all activities related to materials management from forecasts to delivery including day-to-day communication and management of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners, as it relates to planning and order fulfillment. Work within the local and remote Operations team driving planning and order fulfillment. Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate any gaps in plans preventing meeting order schedule, including assisting in sourcing materials as required. Schedule and host meetings with manufacturing partners in U.S. and/or globally as required, reducing and eliminating shortages. Manage production planning; coordinate forecast with corporate, develop build plan and communicate to all required parties; verify fulfillment of build/ship; plan and solve any roadblocks to meeting plan; work with finance and other teams to monitor and report budget; act as the primary liaison between the OEM and team in other locations to support managing and driving the OEM to assure goals/schedule is being met; responsible for report generation and distribution; and represent the planning organization in internal program meetings.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Primary Requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years of experience as an Operations Analyst, Program/Project Manager or related occupation. Alternate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years of experience as an Operations Analyst, Program/Project Manager or related occupation.
