We are seeking a Program Manager to join Amazon's Customer Returns team. For this role, we are looking for an individual with excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. You will work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to develop reliable transportation for customer returns. You will work on initiatives involving transportation, compliance, vendor management, and reverse logistics.

What you will do:

· Liaise with vendors on the transportation of customer returns
·
· Participate in vendor contract negotiations
·
· Create and manage vendor performance metrics
·
· Manage ongoing vendor relations
·
· Work closely with the technical development teams on launching new programs and solving problems
·
· Work closely with internal teams on program development and visibility

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree
·
· 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, supply chain, and vendor management
·
· Proficient in Excel
