The Role:

As a Program Manager you will be a member of the Device Tracking team whose role it is to track and distribute pre-production hardware devices. You will work closely with the other Program Management teams to manage the distribution and recall of devices. You will also work with numerous cross functional teams, some of which are located in other areas of the country or internationally.

The Program Manager will manage the receipt, inventory, and distribution of devices during the hardware development phase of a program. This Specialist will be the lead for their assigned programs and assist the other Specialists with their programs as necessary. In this role, you will:

· Receive, inventory, and distribute devices following instructions from Program Managers & team leads, and abiding by our tracking policies and procedures
· Unpack and inventory new shipments
· Prepare devices for distribution
· Ensure that all devices are accounted for and assigned to employees
· Recall devices and prepare them for secure scrapping
· Learn and utilize our custom pre-production tracking and distribution software. Work along side our software development team to help design new features and improvements
· Assist users with technical questions about our distribution tool or policies
· Collaborate with device distributors in other Amazon offices
· Maintain communication with the factory and escalate issues when necessary

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree
· 2+ years experience in a consumer electronics company.
