We are seeking Program Manager / Executive Assistant with a history of high performance to own a key workstream in one of EU SL’s top priority initiatives – Replenishment - and support the Director of Category Excellence, EU Softlines business. The Replenishment program shifts the fundamental long-lead pre-order operation of the Fashion business to a weekly ordering model to improve profitability, through supporting vendors to adapt to a new way of working. The improvement of product availability and the reduction of unhealthy inventory gives the Replen program over a $30MM savings entitlement in 2021 for Softlines. This PM will lead the Replenishment Project’s Engagement & Communication workstream and will prepare communications strategy for internal audiences, provide senior leadership updates, build and maintain Wikis, create PowerPoint presentations to engage all audiences to deliver our goals. The PM will additionally own the reporting & tools roadmap for Replen and independently drive projects to directly increase replenishment. This project is among the Top 6 priorities of EU Fashion business at the VP-Team level so provides a high exposure / high visibility opportunity.
This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment. The successful candidate will have great organisational skills, a strong bias for action and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a hybrid role, spending roughly 60% working as a Product Manager leading our top priority “Replenishment Initiative” communication / project plans and 40% of your time supporting the director, and building Category Excellence Team overall internal communications responsibilities & team wiki.

We are looking for a strong leader who possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, be able take effective action without having to know the total picture, and efficiently and proactively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the department or other related groups. In addition, having backbone and ruthless prioritization to maintain the hybrid model is imperative.

Role Requirements
· Create, implement and iterate on Replen program engagement & communication plans
· Own the reporting and tools Replen roadmap to support Category teams
· Own & drive projects to increase Softlines Replenishment directly
· Efficient and clear written communication skills for highly-complex program
· Build momentum and trust with Category teams through key projects/tools/communications for Replen
· Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding executive action items
· Calendar management for one Director
· Stakeholder management (vendor managers, vendor ops, category leaders)
· Organise, prioritise and handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure appropriate action is taken
· Have very keen attention to minute details
· Research and arrange team meetings and social events
· Assist with the preparation of KPI reports and develop presentations
· Work closely with support staff to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives
· Carry out responsibilities in accordance with Amazon’s policies and procedures
· Arrange international travel itinerary and hotel bookings as required
· Coordinate with other EAs throughout the team and across the company for meeting / travel coordination
· Prepare various correspondence and documents; edit and proof correspondence and documents.

Basic qualifications
· Program/ project management skills in a matrix environment and strong track record of delivering results
· Will have a Project Management Certificate with demonstrable evidence of managing projects
· Will have experience working within a global organisation
· Exceptional organisational, planning and prioritisation skills and attention to detail
· EA/ PA experience at Director/Board level in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and organisational skills
· Will have experience of using Amazon Developer Tools and Trello PM software
· Excellent computer skills, Outlook (Expert), Excel (Advanced with proven marcos ability), Word (Advanced), PowerPoint (Advanced).
· Must show evidence of using data to inform decisions.
· Must have a demonstrable track record of delivering results.
· Excellent English language skills
