As creators of the games and apps Twitch broadcasters and viewers revel in, developers are incredibly important partners for us. They are already reaching tens of millions of viewers on Twitch today; we want to help them wrap even more broadcasters, viewers and users into their products. The Developer Experience team helps creators create great apps that stand out, present their products to users who may like them, engage with their existing users, and find innovative ways to generate revenue. We are looking for a Program Manager of Compliance who will lead a team to conduct periodic compliance reviews and audits to ensure that any software using the Twitch API Services is in compliance with Twitch's Terms of Service and Developer Policies. You're also comfortable collaborating deeply with software developers, product managers and business development. Ownership, drive, and scrappiness are essential behaviors.

Responsibilities
· Manage programs, develop policies and implement training.
· Follow compliance guidelines and conduct comprehensive audits of software applications
· Provide support and training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
· Build, lead and mentor team members for Policy reviews and escalations.
· Identify compliance issues/escalations that require additional follow-up and/or investigation,
and be able to determine escalation path as needed.
· Design and implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of
compliance standards.
· Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
· Influence executives and stakeholders to close gaps in control frameworks and develop scalable
Solutions.
· Identify, create and measure process improvements that automate manual steps, consolidate bespoke processes and scale with Twitch's rapid growth.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 3 years experience in an Trust & Safety /Compliance team.
· Formal project management education; PMP certification.
· Prior experience working on Terms of Services and/or Policies compliance for a technical
Product.
· Familiarity with APIs and how they can be used by developers
