Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a Production Manager Audible Originals (m/f) who will be supporting the synchronization of our audiobook productions together with external partners. In this role you will be a relevant contributor for the development of the Audible Original audiobook production pipeline.

This position is initially open through a contract role lasting 13 months.

Main responsibilities:
· Support the Original Productions for Germany by managing external audio studio partners.
· Coordinate work flow and overall communication with external partners to supervise production, assures excellence of their performance and ensure deadlines are being kept.
· Supply assets for different formats of Original Content in consultation with Original Producers.
· Read and approve production scripts

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Your profile:
· Robust experience (3-5 years) in creating successful media productions in a complex environment (e.g. spoken word audio, synchronization, film, TV)
· Strong interest in listening experiences and audio production.
· Highly organized, with a focus to details and an enjoyment of working in cross-functional & international teams with aggressive deadlines.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills to make excellent business decisions.
· Fluency in German and English
· Substantial project management skills and the ability to optimize workflows.
· Independent, passionate self-starter with a focus on delivery of excellence.
· Able to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment.
