The Photo Studio Production Assistant will support the end-to-end creative production for Amazon’s photography studios throughout Japan. The successful candidate will support on daily studio photo shooting, editorial projects, contribute to project management by supporting on production schedules and sourcing and booking of crews.

Responsibilities include:
· Provides administrative support to JP Production team on sourcing and booking talent across Japan market
· Entering of all talent information into Studio databases including but not limited to availability, notes and photos
· Provide support on editorial shoots with runner/assistant tasks
· Keeps track of all talent contracts and paperwork
· Organize production information for internal reviews
· Identifies process improvements and opportunities and assistant with creating process materials
· Support the financial tracking by assisting with invoicing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous experience with sample management in an e-commerce photo production environment
· Experience with talent contracts
· Ability to analyze data and make process improvements
· Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to handle heavy schedule coordination

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree
· Experience in a production environment, handling admin and supporting on shoots
· Organization and ability to focus on admin related tasks
· Self-started with strong project management skills
· Knowledge of industry and understanding of photo crew roles and responsibilities
· Productivity focused and quick problem solver
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to continuously manage multiple tasks
· Self-driven and able to easily communicate ideas and collaborate in a team environment
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficient working knowledge of Mac and PC computing platforms, including Microsoft Office
· Proficiency with database management tools
· Excellent Japanese proficiency (written and verbal)
· Business level English (written)
