Roquette America’s manufacturing facility in Keokuk, Iowa is an expansive continuous processing corn wet-milling facility that proudly produces corn-based starches, syrups and polyols used in many food and beverage applications as well as in pharmaceuticals, paper products, cosmetics and agricultural goods.

- Implement a Sourcing and Procurement strategy to grant best access to market solutions and lower cost of ownership with an ethic and business minded approach
- Roll out a robust and cost efficient integrated Planning process allowing to maximize the VM and customers service (OTIF) with a constrained capacity footprint
- Upgrade Logistics & Transportation activities to a World Class level and build a real and tangible Logistic competitive advantage (cost effectiveness without compromising the service level with a special attention paid to the demanding Pharma and Food customers)
- Build a culture of Excellence on boarding all Supply Chain fields and all Regions in a deeply changing group : ambitious growth outlook, new organization and new people, GBUs in the driver seat.\'

Job Description

Primary contact for Roquette Operations to fulfill operational requests in compliance with the contracts.  Manages day-to-day procurement flows and Suppliers Relationship Management.

Requirements:

·  Execute the local purchase ordering process for supply requests
·  Manage the local supply planning process including inventory optimization
·  Align with the procurement policy and procedures
·  Monitor supplier order fulfillment performance
·  Manage supplier relationship
·  Maintain the interaction with stakeholders

Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related experience
·  3-5 years experience in purchase order management, demand forecasting, and stock management
·  General understanding and exposure to contract, supplier, and quality management
·  Analytical and detail oriented
·  Ability to work in a fast paced environment
