DESCRIPTION

Join Amazon’s HR team and help make a difference for all Amazonians! We are recruiting for Process Lead, Transfers team member. This position is based out of SJO10 and specializes in employee movements as part of the employee life cycle. The work focuses on answering questions and processing transactions in HR systems from various contacts, including HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Managers and Employees. As a member of the team, you are also responsible for assisting with training and communication to HR partners and Amazon employees to build consistency and encourage self-service. The ideal person will be organized, work effectively with internal and external contacts and stake holder management, have the ability to process large volumes of transactions, understand complex policies and apply them to employee situations, and understand workflow and forecasting to help each Associate be as impactful as possible when necessary, supporting their manager. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. HRS SD Process Lead must possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with world-class customer service.

RESPONSABILITIES

· Case Management – handles transfer cases for the region or work streams assigned.
· Help to balance workload and offer prioritization.
· Responding timely and accurately to inquiries regarding policies and programs related to employee movements.
· Ensure the Service levels and KPIs are achieved at all times for Transfers requests.
· Respond to questions from managers and HR.
· Manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards
· Communicating to leadership and Specialist about areas of opportunity of the process.
· Assist with training for new team members, and assist with process inquiries or specific cases.
· Support manager with project handling and reporting tasks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years' experience in HR transactional processes
· Third language is a plus (French)
· Prior work experience with HR, Recruiting Systems or human capital management software
· Technical skills to manipulate and analyze data and present recommendations in a variety of formats
· Comfortable working with large amounts of data, developing metrics and reporting tools
· Bachelor's degree or advanced college education in a related field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or alike)
· Proficient in data analysis tools and report development (e.g. Excel, Access, Tableau)
· Exceptional attention to detail skills
· Problem solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when necessary - sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
· Ability to appropriately prioritize work and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· HR experience or 2 + years of Amazon experience
· MS Office experience and ability to MS Excel for reporting purposes.
· Exceptional communication. Fluent verbal and written English language skills
