Device Ad Products is a business initiative focused on monetizing Amazon owned and operated devices. To do this, we are building a premium advertising platform that is unlike any that exists today. This is a strategic initiative for the company, and we are growing quickly. We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead and deliver projects for our Device Ad Platform, FireTV advertising team. This is a great opportunity for a results-oriented, entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about product innovation and has a great track record for delivering business results.

You will need to think creatively and strategically about the business, and work together with partner engineering teams, sales, and finance specialists to identify and execute on the most promising opportunities. You will continue to hire for and develop for your team. You'll be responsible for the product roadmap, from market and competitive research to go-to-market strategy, customer adoption and feedback. Your success will be measured by your ability to build feature sets that deliver a strong user experience for Fire TV customers, attract and retain advertisers, generate positive feedback from those advertisers, and that unlock revenue opportunities. This is a leadership position that requires a fair amount of technical depth and ability to imagine great new customer and merchant experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
· Contribute substantially to the vision, strategy and roadmap for primary customer journeys on Fire TV devices.
· Own feature definition (concept through implementation) including product- and business requirements gathering and executive green-light.
· Align key internal and external partners to ensure scalable solutions and excellence in execution.
· Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, roadmap, financial, and/or technical goals.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
· 8+ years of directly relevant professional experience working in a product management role on market-leading consumer software w/ increasing levels of responsibility.
· Experience defining and supporting product strategy, roadmap definition, and go-to-market activities.
· 3+ years experience driving end customer experiences/features on hardware, web, or mobile platforms with proven track-record of results
· Experience developing technical designs & business requirements for service oriented software development projects.
· Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on deadlines and managing tough trade-offs.
