To that end, Amazon is seeking an exceptional Principal Product Manager who will be part of a start-up group that's defining and building cutting-edge products and services capabilities supporting Amazon's current and future initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:
· Leads, directs, supervises and controls the execution of all business, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned . Possesses a broad background and has the ability to “roll up their sleeves” and jump in and drive resolution, along with managing.

· Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading.
·
· Is capable of taking accountability and driving planning, resolution and execution with his/her team.
·
· Responsible for overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones and Go-Live.

· Responsible for delivering the following metrics – recruiting funnel yield, Service Provider health and engagement, growth, and on-time execution and launches
·
· Monitors and reports on the progress of all activity within the area including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

·
· Bachelor's Degree
· 10+ years of B2B product management experience
· Leading new product or start-up related projects where processes will need to be defined, implemented and iterated within last mile
· International project experience
