DESCRIPTION

Amazon Insights is a customer research program that helps selling partners better develop, launch, and grow their products. The program conducts research with Amazon customers on a company’s behalf, and provides them with relevant data and insights in order to improve customers’ experience while shopping on Amazon.com.

Amazon Insights aims to re-shape the way traditional customer research is done, by bringing customer obsession to our selling partners: targeting specific segments of real Amazon customers in order to obtain insights that are easy to implement in their product detail pages, or in their product features themselves.

We are looking for a Partner Insights Manager who will be responsible to ensure the program delivers the most value to selling partners. This role will be responsible for three main areas:
· Partner Relations: Act as the primary point of contact to ensure selling partners are fully utilizing their Amazon Insights yearly membership. This includes: understanding their pain points, addressing any potential doubts, and having sufficient knowledge about the program to develop a strategic plan to add the most value to their business needs.
· Delivering actionable insights: In addition to understanding business opportunities and proposing ways how to address them, this role is also responsible to encourage selling partners to actually implement insights in order to improve Customer Experience.
· New business development: As an overall advocate for the program, this role has the opportunity to continue expanding the program both by acquiring new selling partners similar to the ones they current manage, and by proposing new products or program features that address selling partner needs at scale. This role will work with multiple stakeholders to further develop the Insights Program, including Market Research, Product Management and Legal.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience sourcing, developing, and maintaining partner relationships
· An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently, ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environment
· Experience in Market Research products or services
· Knowledge of e-commerce
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholder teams
· Strong negotiation skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of relevant experiences in sales, account management, business development or other external-facing roles
· Proven track record of delivering results with strong attention to detail
· Strong verbal and written communications skills in English
