Success in this role requires strategic thinking in the paid social and mobile marketing spaces, where you will build ambitious plans and test white space opportunities. You will identify how to acquire customers at scale and drive Cost Per Acquisition targets. Overall, you will be entrepreneurial, push boundaries and execute breakthrough campaigns. Primary responsibilities include:
· Own strategy, execution and performance of Amazon Music paid social media marketing campaigns across existing and new social platforms
· Test and learn across new and existing platforms, with eye towards scaling testing and optimization capabilities
· Maximize Amazon Music customer acquisition metrics across paid social platforms
· Manage Amazon customer data to develop targeting, testing different data models to optimize for performance
· Set KPIs, establish reporting and review campaign performance
· Manage large marketing budget
· Work closely with editorial and brand teams on management and execution of awareness campaigns
· Manage relationships with external publishers, vendors and partners
· Coordinate and build relationships with social marketers across Amazon and externally with partners

This role can also be located in Seattle, WA.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree
· 3+ years of demonstrated and progressive success, with substantial experience in social media or digital marketing for a consumer brand and/or subscription, LTV oriented business
· 3+ years of paid social and/or mobile marketing experience managing 7 figure marketing budgets
