We are looking for a driven, talented Media Coordinator to join our team. The ability to manage multiple projects is essential.
The Media Coordinator position is a great introduction to the world of advertising, media planning and buying. The primary focus is to support the Media Manager and Media Buyers in efforts in identifying and purchasing media in the most effective means to reach our hourly candidates. The Coordinator will have a passion for process, deadlines, and the ability to follow a request through to completion and report out activity to stakeholders. Day to day responsibilities will support management of digital and traditional media advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities Include
· Assist with the media planning and buying process
· Update timelines and open purchase order requests in Brandmaker
· Communicate with media outlets to acquire delivery and advertising specifications
· Ensure all media deadlines are accurately tracked and communicated to creative team
· Pull and assess Tableau data to make targeting decisions for digital campaigns
· Assist with set up of campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager and Amazon Display Ads platform
· Assist with reporting and budget management
· Manage the ongoing recordkeeping and contact information
· Coordinate new vendor onboarding through Payee Central
· Train media vendors in Amazon's invoicing processes
· Resolve billing discrepancies and review invoices from vendors


· Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising or closely related field
· 2+ years' experience in professional business environment
· Strong computer skills with a firm understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills


· Experience setting up campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager and DSP Platforms
· Ability to identify and resolve issues independently in a rapidly changing environment; take initiative in ambiguous circumstances
