Product Marketing Manager, Alexa Voice Service

DESCRIPTION

The Alexa voice service team works with partners across multiple segments (audio, computing, smart home, hearables, emerging) to launch 3P products that have Alexa built in. These products and services enable customers to speak to Alexa anywhere, from the every room in the house, to the car, to the office and anywhere in between.
This role will work in collaboration with segment marketing leads to define the marketing playbook for partners across multiple segments. The person in this role will:
1. Collaborate with segment leads to understand segment specific priorities
2. Work directly with BD and partners to identify go to market pain points
3. Work with engagement, traffic & program teams to determine how content they create should be delivered to partners and where content needs to change to address feedback and or implementation from partners
4. Define the strategy, and create segment specific playbooks that enable our partners to effectively land the Alexa value prop across multiple customer touch points including but not limited to branding, retail & digital
5. Build a plan to scale the US playbooks internationally
Success in this role will initially be measured by adoption and adherence to playbook guidance from partners, and will scale to include volume and registration goals. This role is best suited for someone who is able to work collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders, break down complex problems, and dive deep on the details of execution.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelors degree
· 3+ years relevant work experience in marketing (marketing communications, project/program management, and/or consumer products/services)
