Are you a creative, data driven, and results-driven leader? Do you enjoy building new businesses? Are you passionate about the future of grocery and rapid local delivery? We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support F3 - a newly formed organization dedicated to scaling Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Restaurants - Amazon’s rapidly-growing local delivery services. This role is part marketing and part program management, playing a critical role in supporting events and future product offerings. The ideal candidate has a talent for managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders effectively, is comfortable with ambiguity, has strong attention to detail, is flexible, and is motivated by an entrepreneurial environment. S/he works effectively in a highly collaborative environment, makes decisions and finds solutions quickly and is able to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources across multiple projects. S/he should have strong ability to earn trust and invent and simplify current processes to help us scale.

The ideal candidate is expected to:
· Create go-to-market plans across key traffic drivers (onsite, email, social, etc.)
· Understand each businesses key traffic drivers (onsite, email, social, etc.) and how to measure, track, and optimize them to accomplish business goals, document the results, and share best practices across the team.
· Partner with stakeholders within and outside the team to drive critical strategic projects
· Develop marketing strategies & experiments to improve Customer & Traffic outputs
· Understand how to get the most out of the tools you use to do your job and challenge the existing tool set, successfully working with technical teams to propose and evaluate enhancements that improve efficiency and functionality.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 5+ years of marketing experience in a fast-moving, high-visibility business

· 3+ years of experience using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, databases) to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly

· 3+ years of experience with content management systems and an ability to learn new systems quickly
