We are looking for brilliant System and Device Software Dev Engineers who have the passion to tackle tough problems by bringing cutting edge deep-learning technologies to consumer IoT products at Amazon!

As a Device Software Dev Engineer on the Amazon AI Team, you will design and develop start-of-the-art machine learning solutions on the edge! You'll work with senior scientists, backend engineers, frontend engineers, and product managers within Amazon AI org and develop high quality software that is robust and reliable.

Software Engineers at Amazon do so much more than just software development. We'll be looking at you to help:
· Work cross functionally with multiple different teams to deliver high quality products for customers.
· Decide what features to build.
· Drive software engineering best practices.
· Test and document the software you develop.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Math or related engineering fields with 4+ years of relevant work experience.
· 2+ years of professional experience developing software for embedded or wireless systems using C/C++.
· Over one year of application software development experience using Python.
· Familiarity with debugging software on embedded systems.
· Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms, and complexity analysis.
