If you have hands-on experience in writing content, driving improvements in content comprehensibility, discoverability, upkeep and applicability then Amazon's HR Services team is looking for you. Our team is growing at a rapid pace and we are looking for a smart, driven, qualified and experienced Learning Content expert to support our processes in India. This position will overlap with US business hours to maintain relationships between their Vertical and the Program Management team.

Role & Responsibilities
As a Content Developer, you will be responsible for the following:

· Developing and maintaining standard operating procedure (SOP) documents as per approved style guide
· Applying expert writing skills and solutions while creating SOPs and identify the appropriate channels to communicate the same across teams. (You are not a copy editor—you are the owner of the process documentation in all forms inclusive of SOPs, user guides, reference material.)
· Using a combination of data analysis, user research, and audits to identify content solutions and drive innovation and simplification for content accessibility and application
· Should be a self-starter who is passionate about providing high-quality content, working in a technical, fast-paced environment, and innovating to create process and technical solutions to process issues.
· Technical capability to work with content management tools, share point and other content solution platforms (experience in HTML, JAVA etc. is a plus)
· Working with global stakeholders, learning coordinators and functional teams to understand the business priorities that drive the need for high-quality content.
· Manage complex projects simultaneously, ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.

QUALIFICHE DI BASE

· Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Professional Writing, Technical Writing, or similar field
· Minimum of 3 years of professional writing experience
· Demonstrated success at learning and explaining business processes
· Strong editorial background and exceptional proofreading and content creation skills
· Great research, creative thinking, organizational, and learning skills
· Demonstrated success at learning and explaining business processes
· Proven ability to work independently or in an ambiguous environment
· Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
· Good judgment and open communication
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICHE PREFERENZIALI

· Experience with content management systems – SharePoint, Wiki etc.
· Experience working in a global team environment
· Substantial experience in multiple stake holder management
· Innovative and flexible to acclimate with changes in process / business
