The PLM IT App Dev Engineer will be responsible for delivering and supporting Oracle Agile applications supporting Product collaboration (PC), Quality management (PQM) and Product governance and control (PG&C) functions. The IT App Dev Engineer will partner with end users to understand their business functions and processes as well as define, develop, configure and test software solutions that meet the needs of Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations. Additionally, he/she will lead the expansion of automated processes in Oracle Agile and related applications to scale business operations, improve existing practices and address new business requirements.

Will be responsible for the following:
· Provide day to day support for Oracle Agile PLM applications.
· Responsible for implementing new features and general maintenance updates through configuration. changes per business requirements.
· Managing and enhancing process extensions using Groovy/Java scripts.
· Providing guidance to business users on PLM best practices.
· Support software updates and patches.
· Provide user training on new and existing features.
· Design ,build, test and implement solutions to meet business requirements.
· Act as a technical lead and also work with other broader technical areas and leads.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
· Experience with Oracle Agile PLM applications release 9.3.
· 6+ years of experience in the design, configuration, development and implementation of Oracle Agile PLM system.
· Experience in configuration of product attributes, defining privileges/roles, user groups etc.
· Experience with Agile Product Collaboration (PC) module and Product Quality Management (PQM) and Product governess & control (PG&C).
· Technical knowledge of Oracle SQL and Oracle Databases.
· Hands on experience developing process extensions in Oracle Agile using Java/Groovy Scripts.
· Experienced with creating business process models and using them to describe business requirements.
· Experienced with Business Intelligence tools and methods.
· Ability to work collaboratively and without direct reporting supervision; must be a team player.
· Able to learn new technology quickly, become the expert, solve the problem and teach others.
· Ability to interact and communicate effectively with both technical and business staff.
· Excellent written, speaking and interpersonal skills.
· Able to influence without authority.
· Proven ability to interface with highly technical resources, both on-shore and off-shore.
· Experienced with MS Office applications, including MS Visio.
