As the Digital Designer Intern you will focus on Employer Branding initiatives. In this role, you will be creating a variety of digital assets used to engage and attract candidates on amazon.jobs and various social media channels. We work every day to surprise and delight our candidates and employees through smart and purposeful design.
Your work should not only reflect that ideal, but raise the bar to create a great user experience. Your work will be seen by thousands of people each day

As the ideal candidate you must have experience working in collaborative process and professionally accept direction and feedback. In addition to excellent design skills, you demonstrate superb organizational skills, web expertise, typographic skills, active knowledge of social media and global culture. Most importantly, you possess an acute attention to detail and ability to execute with speed and precision.

Role and Responsibilities:
· Design high quality social media content
· Design high quality visual materials for recruiting events; Job Fairs; IT conferences, hackathons (i.e posters, leaflets, rollups, job fair booths, giveaways, presentation templates, conference book advertisements etc.
· Design, write, and publish internal newsletters and intranet communications
· Design creative for internal company events and external recruiting events
· Social Media Campaign performance measurement

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent
· Experience with MS Office Products, especially Excel
· Graphic design skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) or in any other design tools. Please attach a link to your portfolio/previous works with your application

Eligibility criteria:
Graduated in the last 6 months or currently enrolled in an University program
Start date: March 2017 or earlier
