The Amazon CS LATAM Recruiting team is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to perform a variety of administrative duties, such as: event coordination, team reporting, vendor payments, supporting engagement initiatives and overall support of the Recruiting team.

The HR Assistant will be an integral part of the Recruiting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, self-directed individual to gain valuable Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, globally scaling organization - and have fun doing it!

Administrative responsibilities:
· Assist Recruiting Department, as necessary ( hiring events, trainings, etc.)
· Assist in all event logistics coordination
· Coordinate all vendor payment processing
· Support Recruiting reports
· Purchasing of office supplies and goodies
· Facilities management request coordination
· Travel arrangements
· Executive team meetings coordination, coordinating agendas and action item follow-ups
· Organizing international visitors agendas
· Manage vendors and payments
· Lead the Engagement and Recognition program within the team.
· Effectively communicate with several stakeholders, to reach the best results and solve their needs.
· Ability to work on projects simultaneously to support recruitment efforts.
· All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Outstanding interpersonal skills
· Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent
· Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
· Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills: accuracy is essential.

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 6+ months of Amazon tenure
· High School Diploma
· 6+ months of previous experience in similar HR roles
· The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to drive results in an ambiguous environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Proven in resume - Intermediate level experience with Word and Excel, including but not limited to charts, pivots and filters.
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding compensation, benefits and employee issues. Strong sense of integrity.
· Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer support
· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, quickly changing, and highly ambiguous environment
· Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
· Fluent in English
