DESCRIPTION

MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Responsible for designing and developing solutions for sophisticated Human Resource Management System (HRMS/Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and platforms. Partner with cross functional global technology development teams to define functional specifications, system design, and solution analysis in order to configure system requirements and perform unit testing. Coordinate the collection of global business requirements and the documentation of system configuration and integration specifications, test plans and use cases. Participate in Quality Assurance test phases (SIT, UAT, or regression) to build and implement processes for test planning and execution; write and execute test scripts to ensure no defects are released into production. Coordinate the rollout of new tools and systems including delivery of workflow diagrams, training materials and post-launch support resources . Design communications to project members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks including regular status updates; provide pre and post launch communications to impacted teams. Troubleshoot system issues and provide detailed analysis to development teams for correction; test changes and enhancements prior to production launch and provide communication to end users. Function as a Subject Matter Expertise to develop deep knowledge of recruiting and onboarding solutions utilized by Amazon, advise the business on global requirements and best practices for optimizing the use of these systems. Conduct root cause analysis, risk assessment, feasibility studies, GAP analysis and Impact analysis. Provide leadership dashboard reporting and adhoc reports for management in Salesforce CRM system. Configure and develop solutions in Salesforce system for global customer base in Salesforce system. Design integration solutions with multiple HR product systems to support operational and compliance requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Primary Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Human Resources Technology or a related field and 2 years of progressive as Business Analyst/Project Manager, Account Manager or a related role.
Alternate Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Human Resources Technology or a related field and 5 years of progressive as Business Analyst/Project Manager, Account Manager or a related role.
