DESCRIPTION

HR Services is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our global leader. The ideal candidate will want to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and growing global organization.

We need someone who is bright and motivated, with a proven history of high performance. The most successful candidate will be an effective communicator, both verbally and with written correspondence, possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. Understanding basic company organization, working relationships, and business partner roles and responsibilities for this team is important as this position will work closely with multiple geographies and the rest of the company.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements;
· Coordination and planning of domestic and international travel;
· Completing expense reports, purchase orders;
· Participation in budget planning and tracking as needed;
· Basic project management and tracking of key deliverables;
· Acting as a liaison for direct reports across the organization;
· Preparation of weekly and monthly reports;
· Ad hoc research projects

Understanding the company organization, working relationships, and business partner roles and responsibilities are important as this position will work closely with other Executive Assistants across the business. We work as a global team, therefore it is essential to have the ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group, as well as across the organization.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3-4 years of work experience assisting at the executive level in a fast-paced environment or equivalent;
· Advanced computer skills; proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint;
· Experience with space planning
