DESCRIPTION

Come join the growing eCommerce Foundation (eCF) team! The eCF team is seeking a self-driven, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with the Executive Assistant for the Vice President, eCommerce Foundation. This highly visible role will provide the opportunity to learn and have a positive impact on the entire eCF and Consumer organizations.

As EA for eCF, you will support the executive office and org in the following ways:

· Supporting our executive office, including calendar management, travel, rhythm of business planning, and admin support for remote leaders.
· Assisting with eCF employee engagement programs, including leadership offsites, career fairs, wiki management, learning series, new hire lunches, etc. This will involve close partnerships with the eCF EA team and other business partners to produce top tier experiences for our employees and attendees.
· Coordinating Consumer facing initiatives, including Consumer Weekly Ops Review and Prime Day/Peak planning. This would involve partnering with the tech teams, AV, catering, and business leaders to come up with seamless setups for smooth events.
· Owning space and facilities management and planning for our team.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

· Is excited about collaborating with other Business Partners and Executive Assistants (both inside and outside of the eCF organization) in offering seamless executive support.
· Is passionate about implementing processes that increase productivity and minimize churn and wants to develop project management skills.
· Thinks Big: wants to do more and is always looking around corners.

This exciting opportunity is designed to be a partnership – it will form the second part of a two-person Executive Assistant team in offering superior administrative support to the VP of eCommerce Foundation and the organization as a whole.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
· High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
· Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skills.
· High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company
