DESCRIPTION

The Twitch team is hiring an Executive Assistant to primarily support the SVP of Content (80%) and provide minor support to our Head of Programming (20%) We're seeking someone who is tech savvy, proactive, resourceful, and a masterful problem-solver with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities
· Review, update, and manage complex calendars based on Executive and team priorities with prompt and sound decision-making skills
· Coordinate international and domestic travel and meticulously process expenses
· Ability to work autonomously and implement process with minimal direction
· Maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
· Work tactfully with other EAs across Twitch and Amazon on high level projects and company wide events
· Constantly seek areas for improvement while driving implementation of solutions within the department
· Assist in the preparation of presentations and project manage all logistics and packets for internal and external meetings
· Manage attendees, agenda, and logistics of all recurring meetings and departmental events while anticipating conflicts and solving scheduling issues. This includes team all-hands, partner meetings, internal events, offsites, summits, and the logistical/budget requirements related to their production

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years experience in administrative support role, calendar management, and coordinating travel arrangements
· Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and with minimal direction
· Able to perform duties with a high level of confidentiality and discretion and is comfortable supporting a team that works with highly sensitive information
· Strong interpersonal skills and can work well with different personalities in the organization
· Excellent written and verbal communication and can edit work for spelling and grammar
· Extremely organized and conscientious while gracefully managing shifting priorities and ambiguity
· Strong sense of urgency and efficiency
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint / Google Suite, Slack, and Cloud-based systems
· Strong understanding of business processes and organizational budgets
· Flexibility to match executive's schedule and when needed
· Experience in fast paced tech environment
