Our AWS Events Recruiting Team is looking for a passionate, driven, and creative Sourcing Recruiter to lead domestic and international recruiting Events. They will work in close partnership with talent acquisition partners and AWS Business leaders. This is a special opportunity to work with multiple AWS teams and help deliver them find smart, innovative and diverse global talent who will enable our future technology, with unparalleled ownership.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides a cloud-based, scalable platform for hundreds of thousands of businesses in 190 countries around the world.

In this role, you'll work with our recruiting partners and their businesses customers, setting up a recruiting event on their behalf, then designing and driving a sourcing strategy; using your expertise to discover, engage and select the best out there.

You'll need to be a capable recruiter, an organized professional, a quick study, and be able to think on your feet! We also need you to be someone who can have fun, and be up for working in different parts of the world.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Must have 3+ years of Recruiting experience in a higher-volume corporate and/or search firm setting, prospecting, generating leads, sourcing candidates, conducting candidate assessment and working effectively with clients and partners throughout the cycle.

- Must have Associate level degree.
