Here's your chance to join our Field Enablement team working in the highly visible role of a Training Coordinator. In this role, you will orchestrate the day to day operations of our EMEA wide enablement team, with a particular focus on supporting our World Wide Instructor Led Training Programs.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing relationships with learners & our senior level trainers and stakeholders in the business. They should have strong presentation and problem solving skills, and an excellent ability to work under pressure whilst managing a number of training events simultaneously. They will manage the training events cycle from end-to-end and have a minimum of 3+ year experience in this respective field or a similar role.

Main responsibilities:
· Work with the EMEA Enablement team to determine the Classroom Training requirements of our field roles, and own the complex scheduling and logistical support of these Instructor Led Trainings across EMEA. This includes, room bookings, catering, room set up and configuration, .the preparation and distribution of all event materials and giveaways, scheduling and managing course networking events, and providing post event feedback and analysis which will be measure against our KPIs.

· Management of all speaker’s invites and on-the-day support.

· Proactive roster management, such as monitoring and flagging courses with low or high enrolment. Ownership of all course advertisements and entries on our LMS.

· Manage inbound communications from learners and troubleshoot any registration issues with our LMS and carry out all required administration (pre/post event).

· Manage catering and expense budget for instructor led training programs.

· Assist as required with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions related to onsite training vendors and billing and work closely with our external training providers.

· Work with program managers and curriculum development on obtaining course descriptions and updating them to the learning management system, internal website and course catalogue file.

· Drive and implement best practices and new process to (x) Operational excellence (re-word)

· Monitor and evaluate developing trends and a good knowledge of e-Learning, design and facilitation

· Training / Enablement calendar management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
· Experience organizing instructor-led training events remotely
· Knowledge and/or hands-on experience supporting vILT (virtual instructor led training) · Knowledge/Understanding of Cloud Computing and/or AWS will be considered a bonus.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a team coordination position.
· Experience of working with virtual meeting and training platforms, such as WebEx, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, JoinMe, etc. ·
· Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company ·
· Superior knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and SharePoint are desired Detailed planning, time management and organisational skills are required.
· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Accustomed to dealing with a high level of change in technology and products.
· Positive, proactive and able to exercise great judgement and experimentation.
· Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment.
