DESCRIPTION

The WW EHS Continuous Improvement team identifies, analyzes and manages EHS improvement projects with high risk / significance. The goal of the team is to prevent recurring EHS incidents, event and risk by reviewing and understanding complicated root causes which, if not properly addressed, may result in significant incidents. At any one time, the team may lead improvement projects for 10 or more worldwide topics, and is also responsible for managing the HS3C EHS PlayBook, which serves as the HS3C EHS team's project management tool. The team members contribute cross-functional business and technical skills, assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs with the technical constraints. This a key program management role responsible for executing per direction, the management of the WW EHS Continuous Improvement initiatives. The role involves hands-on work in the areas of understanding stakeholder needs and expectations, EHS regulatory research, global stakeholder engagement, data analytics and document technical writing. Must be self-starter and detail-oriented. Must be an effective communicator and send clear, concise and consistent messages, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities
Program/Project Management
· Develop, execute and drive to completion per the WW EHS Continuous Improvement and HS3C EHS team's project plan. This includes Scope definition, Drafting, Stakeholder Reviews, Approvals, Deployment, Gap Assessment, Training/network calls, Procedure Development, Implementation and Change management (and SIM/TT management).
· Owns weekly/monthly reports and metrics from PlayBook (our project management tool).
· Understand, defends and communicates the objectives and the scope of a project, as well as, the role and function of each team member and stakeholders in order to lead the team efficiently to deliver and maintain high quality outputs (via strong process controls and verification steps).
· Identifies gaps in controls and processes and escalates to manager.
· May consult Legal for guidance on EHS issues, specific use cases or escalations based on manager direction.
· Draft documents and revisions per manager direction.
· Performs deep dive analysis/research on data/information/literature and creates recommendations/corrective actions based on identified deviations and recommends appropriate solutions.
· Maintains subject matter expertise specific to job function and general industry awareness.
· Earns trust of peers by understanding operational processes related to risk management programs and product offerings.
· Makes recommendations to managers for input into strategic discussions and continuous improvement projects to occupational health and safety risk control.
· Considers customer experience in the execution or handling of specific escalations cases and projects.
· May research and recommend innovative technology solutions to manager.
· Knows when to ask for help.
· Drives accountability for results.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 0-2 years relevant risk/program management experience.
· Competent business and technical writing skills.
· Strong project management skills.
· Excellent computer skills for use of digital tools for project management and document control (Visio, MS Excel, Sharepoint).
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong technical aptitude (i.e. able to read & comprehend technical documentation, ability to comprehend & execute procedures, demonstrated understanding of system documentation).
· Strong influencing skills and negotiation skills.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Strong judgement and instinct and is Right a Lot.
· Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment.
