JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Delivery Service Partner recruiting support role works closely with a team of business development managers in the recently launched Delivery Service Partner (DSP) recruiting organization. This person is an important partner in supporting DSP recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon and the DSP program.

This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, have great communication skills, and be able to shift gears at a moment's notice as we build a great DSP program of talented candidates.

Responsibilities:
• Scheduling interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and business development managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
• Updating candidate records in SalesForce
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
• Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience
· Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
