Amazon Global Production Service is looking for a Design Producer/Coordinator to plan and execute a variety of programs for several lines of business using a variety of media. Join this team and develop compelling customer experiences, influence workflow solutions, enhance existing processes, educate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction among our customers and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Facilitate project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc,), communicating action steps - translating briefs for local team
· Identifying, developing and executing data analysis to uncover area of business opportunity
· Define and managing multiple task schedule, identify the goal and resource planning
· Work closely with global teams/stakeholders to execute business planning effectively
· Manage and execute entire projects or components of large projects from start to end including project management and data gathering.
· Functions as a coordinator between our stakeholder, business partner and internal team
· Generate reports and metrics for a weekly/monthly/annual basis
· Raise risk alert for urgent cases or requests
· Monitor KPI's for our production environment

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelors degree in Business, Operation, Management or related field.
· 2+ years relevant experience in researching, advertising production, business intelligence or project management
· Proven ability to think clearly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
· Excellent analyzing and reporting skill on a variety of data, and solve complex problems for multiple stakeholders in a fluid environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint and Visio
· Ability to manage multiple programs and meet tight deadlines with prioritizing workloads
· Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions for process optimization
· Business level English communication skills in both verbal and written forms
