DESCRIPTION

MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Identify, design, develop, implement, test, document, and operate large-scale, high-volume, high-performance data structures, solutions and programs for business intelligence analytics to develop and enhance operations and overall efficiency. Use programming skills/language such as Python or related to develop algorithms to automate processes, reporting and data flows. Support business development with modeling and optimization to create efficient designs, evaluate benefits and impacts to cost & reliability. Design and implement modernized ETL and data processing solutions through modernized cloud based solutions (S3, Redshift, and/or related) and deprecate legacy on-premise solutions. Design and develop large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics by using data mining tools such as SQL, Access, Tableau or related. Engage with internal partners throughout the organization to meet and exceed customer service levels & related KPI's. Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business. Research and implement cost reduction/sustainability opportunities. Provide a constant flow of new and innovative ideas into the BI roadmap. Integrate broad working knowledge in related disciplines to create integrated technical innovations/ solutions for complex business situations.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Primary Requirements: Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or related experience as an Operations Research Analyst, Database Developer, or a related occupation.

Alternate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related experience as a Operations Research Analyst, Database Developer, or a related occupation
