Amazon Web Servicesは、データセンターでのロジスティクスアソシエイトのポジションを募集しています。

ロジスティクス アソシエイトは、必要に応じてデータセンターの 技術者 と エンジニア のリクエストに応じて部品の受け取り、発送をし、在庫の管理を行います。 また、荷物の積み込み、積み下ろし、部品の輸送手続きを担当します。 そのため、このポジションでは、部品や製品の持ち上げ作業が頻繁に発生します。 ロジスティックアソシエイツは、会社内外に出入りするすべての部品や製品の正確な在庫記録を
維持することが求められます。
また、すべての作業スペースで、清潔な環境を保ち、整理整頓、および 安全性 を維持しなければないません。
フィジカル面/環境面で求められること
長時間、立ったり、座ったり、歩いたりすることができる。
部品倉庫、倉庫建物、騒音レベルが大きい場所（特定の場所）で作業できる。
荷物の積み下ろしをサポートすることができる。
作業環境
· 部品や製品の移動、発送 および それにかかわる周辺作業があります。
· 騒音レベルは変化し、大きな音になることがあります。
· 作業環境温度は15〜30度で、頻繁ではないですが時には30度を超える場合があります。

Amazon Web Services is seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to fill Data center Logistics Associate positions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to Operational Excellence.
Logistics Associates receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed to Data center Technicians and Engineers. They will also be responsible for loading and unloading shipments and transporting parts between different locations. This position involves frequent lifting of materials and products. Logistic Associates will be required to keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of company. They must also maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of all work spaces.

Physical / Environmental Demands
· Requires standing, sitting, and walking for prolonged periods of time.
· Able to work is in a warehouse / storage environment and the noise level is loud (some specific locations).
· Assist in loading and unloading shipments.
Work Environment
· Work with and/or around moving mechanical parts
· Noise level varies and can be loud
· Temperature between 15 and 30 degrees, and will occasionally exceed 30 degrees.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 18歳以上である必要があります
· 高等学校卒業、または同等のもの
· 2〜4年の荷物の発送、受け取りの職務経験
· 仕事への積極的な態度を示せる。
· 必要に応じて残業をすることができる。
· 英語/日本語で読んだりコミュニケーションを取ったりすることがでる。
· 最大20kgの荷物を持ちあげることができ、短距離を運ぶことができる。
· 重機用リフトを用いた作業に参加することがあります。 （+ 20Kg）
· 頻繁に荷物を 押す、引くことができ、身体的に スクワット動作、全身の曲げ伸ばしをすることができる
· 定期的に 手、指、腕　を使って荷物を運んだり、そのために膝を床についたり、這う姿勢をとるような作業ができる。
· ツールや機器を使用するときの身体の動きを調整する
· 過度に疲れることなく一日中フィジカルな作業をすることができる
· 重いものを所定の位置に置いたりできる。
· 騒音環境で作業することができる
· 日本語レベル：敬語を用いた会話、読み、書きが可能なレベル
· 英語レベル：英語で自分の意志を伝えることが可能なレベル

· Must be at least 18 years old
· High School diploma or equivalent
· 2 - 4 years of experience working in a shipping and receiving role
· Presents a positive attitude towards work
· Must be able to work overtime as required.
· Able to read and take direction in English/ Japanese.
· Must be able to lift loads of up to 20 Kg and carry them for short distances
· May participate in group lifts of heavy equipment. (+20Kg)
· Willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
· Regularly walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
· Coordinate body movements when using tools or equipment
· Perform physical tasks all day without becoming overly tired
· Push or pull heavy objects into position
· Work in a noisy environment
· Conversation level of Japanese/English language
