Who you are:
· Content marketing enthusiast, who is self-motivated, digitally-savvy and results driven
· As a Strategy Consultant – Web Content Management, You will develop and implement digital content strategy across the customer journey to enhance customer experience across multiple channels, digital interfaces and devices.
· You will work closely with client teams as well as with IBM teams to develop content marketing strategy and will manage, deliver and optimize the digital experience. What you'll do:
· You will manage content for digital platforms for B2C(Business to Customer) and B2B(Business to Business) audiences and is familiar with integration of all types of content, structured, unstructured, user generated, rich media for social, mobile, web platforms.
· You will work closely with client teams as well as with IBM teams to develop content marketing strategy and will manage, deliver and optimize the digital experience.
· You will conduct regular analysis to evaluate success of the content strategies, delivery against client objectives, and push toward continuous content improvement.
· Ensuring compliance of online content with corporate brand standards, web style guide, legal and compliance is critical.
· You will collaborate with AEM(Adobe Experience Manager) / other CMS(Control Management System) application consultants, architects, developers, UX(User Experience)/UI(User Interface) Designers and other team members to lead and develop ideas.
· You will oversee and manage the successful planning, strategy and execution of all creative / 3rd party content from a Content Strategy standpoint to help drive the project focus and business outcome.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· At least 6 years of relevant experience in content strategy, content marketing
· At least 6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
· Experience in working with atleast 1year Web Content Management solution, like Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, IBM CX(Customer Experience) Suite etc
· Prior Knowledge/ Work experience from Digital Media/ Ad Agencies preferred.
· Needs to Work/ Collaborate well with Content creation team and copywriters to generate content
· Readiness to travel
