Successful candidates will have the ability to influence with data-driven insights, have a passion for building people metrics reporting solutions, and have a high degree of comfort for addressing ambiguous data problems in a fast paced work environment.

Core Responsibilities:

· Establish scalable, efficient, and automated processes for data mining, analyses, and reporting of large data sets (with a focus on consistency, repeatability and ease of interpretation).
· Provide ad-hoc or special project data analysis to the Talent Management team that enables the team to drive decision making, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses.
· Own and drive analyses of select people metrics to identify relevant trends and hot spots by organization/leader. Interpret data and communicate noteworthy findings to talent management leaders.
· Gather, manage, and evaluate large and oftentimes dissimilar datasets from multiple HR data sources.
· Build and maintain strong partnerships across HR, other people analytics teams, corporate teams, and the business.
· Identify opportunities for process and data environment improvement.

·Able to source, work with, and combine disparate data sets to answer business questions.
·Able to deliver analysis and reporting/ projects from initiation through implementation and usage.
