DESCRIPTION

Amazon Restaurants is seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Technical Business Development person to lead negotiations with the largest 200 restaurant brands such as Applebee's, P.F., Chang's, Red Robin and point of sale (POS) brands such as NCR. You're the ideal candidate if you have a strong background in negotiating with or for large restaurant chains on complex agreements, a terrific reputation for delivering results, and insisting on the highest standards. This opportunity offers a creative, fast paced, start-up work environment where you'll be at the center of Amazon innovation. National restaurants play an integral role in the Amazon Restaurant Delivery business strategy.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships in a complex national restaurant segment.
· Execute plans while working with key internal stakeholders, including product management, legal, marketing, and other Amazon teams.
· Be able to penetrate large organizations with no prior Amazon relationship, and develop a long-term strategic relationship.
· Dive deep into internal data as well as national brands' strategies and operations.
· Report to internal and external leadership on the state of programs.
· Contribute to an exciting and evolving sales culture and partner cross-functionally to influence product improvements.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree
· 5+ year business development or enterprise sales experience; or 2+ years in restaurant industry sales
· Proven track record of success with complex, large scale key accounts
· Ability to conduct meetings with merchant's executive leadership
· Continually inform our product team on product enhancements based on findnings from restaurants' needs
