Amazon's Marketplace Abuse (MPA) Reported Abuse team is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the Infringement Program and Automation initiatives. The role will involve conducting analysis to drive key business decisions and shape the strategic direction of projects related to intellectual property protection. The role will also require deep diving key metrics and using insights to make recommendations for internal process changes.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in STEM field or business degree with strong technical skills
· 3+ years professional work experience
· Solid business sense; ability to think through data needed to answer a business question or make a sound business decision
· Advanced working knowledge of SQL
· Clear communication skills (written and verbal) to communicate business insights
· Proficient interpersonal skills; ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technical teams (product managers, program managers, data analytics, engineering)
