Kumo is the AWS engineering team tasked with innovating to improve the customer support experience on AWS. Come join us as we develop world class customer support capabilities for Amazon Web Services.

We produce and support a range of tools which enable support engineers to diagnose and solve customer problems. We enable everything from basic diagnostics to predictive algorithms which warn customers of potential hazards and inefficiencies. We put the obsession in customer obsession.

We do Agile Sprints, design reviews, code reviews, continuous deployment, infrastructure as code, and are constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience. Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience to a Bachelor's degree based on 3 years of work experience for every 1 year of education
· 3+ years professional experience in software development
· Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms.
· Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as Java or C#.
· Knowledge of software engineering practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build and deployment processes, testing and operations
