Operations is at the heart of the Amazon customer experience. Each action we undertake is completed on behalf of our customers and meeting and often exceeding their expectations makes us feel good.

The Operations teams in our Fulfilment Centers are responsible for managing a vast range of fast-moving inventory. From receiving into the fulfilment center to stowing, picking, packing and shipping to our customers, they work very hard to ensure that our customers receive what they want, when they want it.

Role: Executive Assistant HR
This position requires an individual who has excellent organisation and communication skills, rigor and attention to details as well as some project management experience. By nature, this job requires an individual able to communicate well with others remotely, in French and in English,

Key tasks are to:
- Coordinate Employee representative meetings (CCE, negotiations) and keep an updated roadmap at country level
- Ensure all stakeholders are consulted and kept aware of any change
- Collect inputs from sites HR managers, legal, HRD and business in order to design and prepare common documentation for the works councils presentation and prepare Q&A's
- Organize the logistics of all negotiation meetings in Paris and work closely with sites EA's to organize union members' travels. Book meeting and hotel rooms (40 to 60 meetings per year)
- Keep an updated sharepoint with key documents (projects, legal notes, Works councils & DP Q&A's and reports, etc) for the HR team
- Prepare CCE meeting (6 to 8 per year): participate to the preparation of the agenda, send & track invites to all works council members, organize meeting logistics, collect and edit presentations & Q&A's
- Book preparation meetings in calendars with relevant stakeholders (HRD, HRM, legal, business, finance etc.) and ensure all topics are being prepared / data collected ahead of meetings
- Follow up negotiation and central works council (CCE) action points. Coordinate material and communication kits for management, HR team & employees with PR and HR
- Able to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner
- Analytical thinker who enjoys working with data.
- Problem solver with a high sense of customer satisfaction.
- Travel and general admin support to HRD & ER specialists

Profil recherché

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- University degree (Bac + 3 minimum)
- Experience of 3 to 5 years as an Excecutive or HR Assistant minimum
- Excellent organisation skills - Rigor and high standards
- Technically proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Able to pass a comprehensive background and reference check
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French

Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics or customer service environment would be a plus
