DESCRIPTION
The AP Analyst role is responsible for the following:
Manage and resolve invoice discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers
Maintain Accuracy levels of above 98 % on whatever process assigned
Maintain the productivity target set
Support team members on any activity assigned to the team
Follow Amazon policies/procedures while processing the transactions
Deliver individual goals set by the leadership
Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Either a B.A. holder or if BA in progress
4+ years of high-volume financial and/or operational experience
At least 2 year experience in accounts payable/invoice processing/vendors support
Fully proficient in English and Spanish
Demonstrated ability to work as a team
Data analysis & communication
Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications
