Poste et missions:
Amaris is recruiting Scrum Master/Agile Coach under permanent position in order to sustain its growth over APAC.
- Facilitate teams for better creativity and try to improve the efficiency of the development team
- Responsible for managing the Scrum process with the coordination of Scrum team in Agile methodology
- Responsible for removal of impediments for the Scrum team
- Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process
- Help Product Owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make then ready for the next sprint
- Build agile capability through teaching, mentoring and coaching
- Individual/group coaching for team members and Scrum Masters to enhance individual and team performance
Profil:
- Extensive experience as Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
- Extensive knowledge of Agile principles and delivery practices (including Scrum, Kanban and Lean)
- Significant hands-on agile delivery experience, including experience in Enterprise-wide agile transformation and leading change
- Good skills to coach team how to follow Agile Scrum
- Ability to bring energy to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders, whilst balancing the need to drive business outcomes
- Agile and/or Scrum certifications desirable
